Our Story

Chloé Elizabeth came to life for one reason – Chloé, my beautiful and sassy Yorkshire Terrier. Having grown up surrounded by the gentle giants of Golden Retrievers, Chloé marked a delightful departure as my first small breed dog and my first female companion. Her petite frame, voluminous hair, and an even more substantial personality swiftly stole my heart. It was evident that Chloé deserved a life and a wardrobe fit for a Queen!

From the outset, I encountered a challenge - finding suitable harnesses for my tiny pup was a struggle at local pet stores. This problem persisted as I expanded my search for additional apparel and accessories for Chloé. The selection in local stores was sparse, and while online options were broader, the absence of a universal sizing system for dogs often left me guessing whether a piece would be too big, too small, or just right for Chloé (a familiar dilemma for pet parents).

In 2023, drawing upon my experience as a former Retail Executive, I launched Chloé Elizabeth - a meticulously curated collection of apparel and accessories tailored for little Kings and Queens like Chloé. Our mission is to provide a range that not only meets the unique needs of small breed dogs but also eliminates the sizing uncertainties faced by pet parents.
