Return and Refund Policy

Chloé Elizabeth gladly accepts returns and exchanges for items in brand-new, resalable condition. Please note that items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return.

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us within 14 days of delivery, and ensure the item is shipped back within 30 days of the delivery date.

Holiday Return Policy:
Purchases made between November 15 and December 25 are eligible for an extended return period. These items must be shipped back within 30 days of December 25.

Please be aware that personalized or custom orders are only eligible for return if the item arrives damaged or defective.

Refunds will be processed to the original form of payment once the return has been received and approved.
